Pamela is one of those exceptional instructors. Her approach to yoga is inspirational. She reminds her students that they are at different stages & levels; she shares her knowledge quite readily in her classes. She takes pride in teaching & it shows. Her classes flow easily between poses; always willing to explain in detail about the benefits of various poses; especially that of proper breathing technique & how it relates to detoxification; relaxation of mind & body. Pamela makes her classroom comfortable, relaxing & inviting. It is always a positive & uplifting experience. I highly recommend Pamela's yoga classes!"
