Hatha yoga is done at a slower pace which is great for bringing balance to body, mind and heart, unburdening the nervous system from everyday stress to create a healthier, stronger, more radiant self.
E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) Pamela is certified in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Teen/Kids Yoga. Pamela teaches yoga from her heart and believes anyone regardless of age, experience or physical ability can benefit from the amazing transformation that comes with regular practice. Since 2000, her own yoga path has been a place of immense healing and inner peace, guiding her to become a certified yoga instructor. Pamela strives to create a safe, comfortable space where you can let go of your everyday stress to balance body, mind and heart. Through breath, meditation and posture work Pamela will take you on a journey to self discovery, helping you re-connect with your true inner self to bring back balance into your daily life.
